Clip Editor : Editing Clips without changing global Timing
Posted: 22 Feb 2016, 17:52
Hey!
EDIT : New version two posts below
Here is a button to be able to change the duration of a clip without affecting the global duration of your project.
You need to have your mark out activated to use it (just click and drag your clip end on your timeline view to activate it, or use the second button on the panel or the associated shortcut).
When you use the Clip Editor button, you have to enter a number.
Then it moves the mark out of your current clip a number of frames equal to the number you entered (can be negative).
And to compensate, it moves the mark out of your next clip in the opposite direction.
Then it goes back to the frame you were before using the script.
Don't hesitate to give feedbacks, especially if there is any problem or good idea to improve it
Nathan
EDIT : Updated the script, it's in my storyboard tools here : http://forum.tvpaint.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10376" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
