export only key frames

Hi there,

Here's the thing, I made an animation in TVPaint, now I want to export the single frames of movement, color it in photoshop and again import in tvpaint with transparent BG.
So, first question is, can I export ONLY key frames, frames with a new painting and not like 24 frame per second?
how can I import psd files with alfa channel?
and maybe there is some easier way of making it?
