[SOLVED] Keeping image marks after modifying the project

I completed my rough animation of a shot, but noticed I needed to resize it before doing the cleanup. So I used the "Modify Project..." function to resize it to 150%. Now all my image marks are gone, which is a bit annoying, cause I use them a lot to orient in the scene.
Since you were so kind to add this function in the crop-project function I thought maybe the same could be possible for the modify project function.

by the way is it possible to see two timelines of two different projects at the same time? So that I could manually reconstruct my color-marks.

I don't know if this are somehow connected, but it would be great if the image marks are kept after merging two layers. Maybe something like keeping the one from the top layer.
