Toggle as extra option in assigning keys

With the great multitude of available functions present in tvpaint
it sometimes can be a challenge to assign keys ( there are not enough keys on the keyboard!)

One feature in assigning keys is that you can combine a couple of functions under one key using CTRL.
but this only helps for functions that can be applied simultaneous.
Why not add another feature that adds a toggle.
now a number of functions in TVPaint are toggle-able functions but by a long stretch not all of them

my wish is for this to be possible:
Assign Function1 then when you press ALT while assigning Function 2 the assigned key will now look like this:
"Key" = toggle between "Function1" and "Function2"

this way you can very easily make custom keys that make it possible to switch super fast between the most used functions in any workflow.
