TVP11: Luminosity Slider in Picker mode is not correct

When the color panel is in Slider mode, the "L" slider shows a proper gradient from black, through the current A color, to white. In Picker mode (Luminosity mode), the L slider goes from 100% cyan at the bottom to white at the top, no matter what. That doesn't seem right.

Just bumping this up again -- is the palette working as intended, or is this a bug...?
