"activate/ inactivate layer" recorded in undo history

Hello,

it seems strange to me that every time you activate and inactivate the same layer, it gets recorded in the undo history panel. I often have to check something and press the activate/inactivate toggle button about 10 times. Every time you press the button, it gets recorded in the history.

One history entry would be enough or no entry would be even better, I think.

Would anyone agree or is there something about it that I am missing?
