How to change the color of a line ?

Hello,

I'm wondering if in the 10.5.7 there is a fonction that is as simple and quick as this fonction :

How to do this in the latest version and without using the FX "coloriseur de ligne ?"

make a button using Tools:Toggle Preserve Transparency.
