2 points Ellipse tool

There is 2 points Circle tool, which allows me to draw a circle from an edge instead of from center. There should be the same for Ellipse. Nobody really can find the exact center when drawing, but finding an edge is easier. Right now I draw my ellipses manually. I like how it is solved in Photoshop - there is only 1 tool for round objects, but using modifier keys ALT and SHIFT allows to instantly change the starting point from center to edge, to constrain proportions, to choose transformation direction, and by pressing SPACE even dragging the shape while drawing. I find that TVP lacks this convenience with rectangle and circle shapes.
