TV Paint No Animation version

I only use TVPaint for drawing and I would like to pay for a non-animation version 8 of TVPaint. Is that possible?

I think it's a good idea, with embeded the Layer Manager (Layer Compagnon) from Lemec instead of the timeline window, but enhanced with Project Manager (Project Tab) and some other drawing goodies ...
