dragging project tabs

In my opinion it would be handy to be able to drag your project tabs to left or right when you have opened multiple projects.
Like the tabs you use in a browser, or in photoshop.

In that case you can put your shots easily in order en switch between them.

And also it would be handy to be able to do the same with your custom panels:
Dragging to change the order.

But I think this was discussed before.

I agree. It was already discussed in intern, but it seems really hard to do.
