Naming Horizonal Dividers on Custom Brush Bins

Hi All,
I have used the horizontal divider to create sections for my custom brushes but I want to name the section like the system tool bin does - ie Pencils,Painting Tools etc... (please see image for ref)

It might be smart to make the horizontal black line right-clickable too. It took me way too long to figure out how to rename them too.
