Anybody else finding that a keyboard assignment are not staying as you have assigned them?

have you quit tvpaint lastly with a crash ?
(you have to quit properly to record the last changes in the tvpaint's config.ini file),

2nd hypotesis, you have changed of Room, each Room can have its own hotkeys assignation file.

Or changed way of opening project? Do you open from taskbar or with project or not always the same way?

I open projects the same way all the time-

file>open > navigate to project

isnt there a way to keep the pallets and the keyboard settings ( everything ) the same - so they open the same way every time?

There is something going on with your configuration that it keeps switching to different ones when you reopen TVP. Once you start a new configuration you'll be OK.

Can anyone explain or help me with this-
Paul Fierlinger very nicely helped me install a new config...today and working with 10.0.18
on a machine that is only used for TVP that is behind a firewall and has norten running on it.

After my new config - i have more problems than before
I have zero idea what is going on
this is a HUGE issue for me as I am in production - I have my eraser assigned to E its 3 pixels ....
when i press E neither the the size of the brush or the type of brush i am using changes...

for some reason... i had to manually install them all ...loading the cfg didnt work...

can you post your .cfg file ?

We are in the MIFA so less responsive.

Please send us the key map ! We cannot guess how you have assigned keys an function.

Fabrice - hope you had a good weekend- here is the keymap I could not install...
and this AM I have arrived back in ny only to find that when i opened TVpaint all but 5 keyboard assignments i made before i left are no longer there...
I am workin in the same file in 10.0.18 on a PC running windows 7.

Please help me fix this.... thanks debby
