Hi I am migrating my software to a MacBook Pro, OS X 10.6.8 2.4GHZ Intel Core 1.7 .
The dongel is in the slot of the computer itself, the light is green, but on start up of TV Paint 9 it says the dongel is not present.

I have tried updating the Sentinel Key and the dongel is not broken as it does work in an old PowerMacG4.

Anyone came across this problem ?

Did you install the Sentinel drivers ?
Are you using the last version of TVPaint 9 (9.5.22) ?

I am using TV PAint 9 , sentinels are installed, can I find an update to 9.5 ? (free of charge ?)

sorry, I DO have 9.5 standard edition. So I guess I will be looking for the update now ?
