More shortcut options

Many keyboard strokes are not available in the configure shortcut menu. Such as...:
⌘;
⌥;
⌘←
⌘→
I'd like to use those though, hopefully in the future all keyboard combinations will be available?
(control + arrow is available, but that's previous/next space on OS X, so it shouldn't even be possible to set those as shortcuts on OS X...)
(edit: this probably should be in feature requests. sorry)

alt, shift and control can't be changed (and their equivalent on MacOSX).
That would generate too much troubles for both users, teachers and developpers.
sorry.

I don't understand why it is possible to use "cmd-i" or "cmd-o" as a keyboard shortcut and at the same time it is impossible to use for example "cmd-;"

Hmmm ... Will check monday (no Mac at home sorry).
Post here if ever it remains unanswered. (we are moving to a new bigger office, so it's difficult to follow all topics)

I also noticed there are some shortcuts that DO exist in the list, but simply don't work. You can assign functions to these keys, but it forgets them when you press 'OK' in the 'configure keyboard shortcuts' panel.
⌘1,⌘2, ⌘3, ⌘4, ⌘5, ⌘6, ⌘7, ⌘8, ⌘9, ⌘0
While we're at it: "⌘," is also missing in the list.
PS- Bigger office!
Fancy! Good luck.

<Ctrl> + <Tab> is also missing in the shortcut list on mac 64 bit. (but it's available in 32 bit if I recall correctly)
Are any shortcuts being added in 10.5?
I really miss Control Tab and also ⌘1,⌘2, ⌘3 etc.

In 10.5.1 the keyboard shortcuts are still not fixed (for mac).
I'm not able to use a lot of simple keyboard shortcuts like: "cmd 1" (and all other numbers in combination with the cmd button), cmd >, cmd /
and a lot of other shortcuts.
-I am able to assign cmd 1 as a keyboard shortcut, but when I try the shortcut, nothing happens.
-It is not possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to "cmd /" and "cmd =" (and a lot of other cmd combinations)
Is it possible to fix this in the next version?

Will this "bug" be fixed?...

Hello Joost,
As we had more urgent bugs to fix, this one hasn't been fixed yet.

I can understand,
But can you put it on the "to do list" now?
It looks like a basic bug that should be easy to fix (not that I know anything about programming...)

not so sure, it might be OS dependant.

It's already the case, since you reported it.
