Really drippy watercolor brushes

I'd love to see a water color brush that could be set to run the "water" down the paper. Painter has this feature and works very nicely, including paper porosity.
Would it be a feature others are interested in seeing in TVPaint?

The technique is basically getting the paper very wet and applying watercolor onto the water on the paper and then the water disperses or bleeds the colors (you can also tilt the paper and let gravity pull the color down). Depending on the paper and how course it is, you can also achieve different effects.The physical technique is shown in this video:

So it's sorta like how the sponge & knife work, although it would be more 'realtime', almost like a particle system kind of thing.

ok, Thanks ! I know what you mean now, it's just I didn't know the english technical name for all this.

Can you try the palette knife ? It's not exactly the same, but it's close.
Ok, we have some room for improvement here.
