stamp in place for multiple frames

Post by ryberg »

I'd love it if you could use enter to repeatedly re stamp in place with the cutbrush or if you could select multiple frames and stamp in place

it works here,
if your sequence is already timed (exposed), make a custom button with these 2 commands :

Code: Select all

Tools: Re-Apply Custom Brush
Layer: Recompute Exposures

doesn't "Re-Apply Custom Brush" need you to stamp the brush once in order to re apply or is it simply stamp in place right after you cut it out?

and, yeah, I also need to recompute my instances even though auto create instance is switched off.

make the 2 commands button mentioned above and try it ... you'll get the answer by yourself ! :)
in fact, no, "Re-Apply Custom Brush" applies it at its original place (at least it's how it works here), doesn't need to be applied once before.
btw, what's your tvpa version ?

well, it seem like I created some confusion since I'm using one of Juuls Actions to stamp in place which includes a smart function for the smoothing of the cutbrush. That action can not be applied to several selected frames.

I can do that if I simply hit the stamp in place under the cutbrush options or create an action like ZigOtto suggested. Thanks for that.

What I was aiming for in the first place though, was for enter to work as re apply for stamp in place as well.
