button to select all other frames

can anybody suggest how I can create a custom button that will:
1. select all other frames on the layer (all the ones apart from the one the timeline cursor is on.
2. and then repeat last action (like pressing 'Enter')

I suggest, instead of selecting all the other frame except the current one, to do something like that :
- Undo
- Select All Frames
- Shape Apply

It seems to work fine regarding the few tests i made.

Do you need a bin with the custom button ? Let me know, i can post one quickly.

Edit : i finally did it :p
Just load by LMB clicking the CustomPanel icon and select Load, meaning you will load it from where it is but i suggest to place it in the plugin directory
