Sound playback Problem

hey all!

need urgent help!

i have a project with multiple clips, i`ve added soundtrack in on storyboard mode and while playback it`s making echo. e.g. duplicating sound
i`ve also tried to add the sound directly into the clip and it worked fine

i`ve tried to change proxy setting to non proxy / changed quality /
also tried to change sampling rates and frame rates also

every frame rate is the same in the project

also i tried on other computers but the problem remained.
even tried to add the sound on blank project on totally different computer but it didn`t worked.


i need some professional help!

Does this happen with all sounds; any sound you import, or only with this particular track?

I think this maybe is a known bug.
Does the echo disappear if you load the sound into the clip sound track mute it. and then load the same sound file into the project track and then playback.
If I remember correct then the echo should disappear.
What is your tvpaint version
what is your OS

Yes madsjuul you`re right

i`ve solved the problem by muting the sound which was directly into the clip (by an accident)
than project soundtrack echo dissapeared

Yes Paul all the sounds were having echoes and by searching solution i`ve imported all the possible formats but it didn`t helped before i`ve muted that sound of clip.

my os is windows7 and Tvp version 9.5.3

Yes Paul all the sounds were having echoes and by searching solution i`ve imported all the possible formats but it didn`t helped before i`ve muted that sound of clip.

As Mads said, all you need is to update -- that version is full of bugs and it's old too. The update is free.
