Can I pan like in photoshop ?

Hello, right now I have panning set on [space bar] on my keyboard and it works fine, but It's really starting to annoy me that I have to press my pen hotkey each time I let go of the panning button. Is there a way to set up the panning to mimic or work just like the one in photoshop, to where you let go of the panning hotkey it goes back to the tool you were last using without having to click its hotkey again?

"Move view" is just alt-Key plus mouse in TVP.
