MOVING POSITION OF LAYER IMAGES . . .

Hello Everyone! I have several layers; each represents a different body part of my animated creature. I want to shift images - by deleting or expanding exposures - in one layer and desire that all the other layers follow along (i.e., move, too.). Is there anyway that I can LOCK the layers together, then grab and instance handle, expand or contract the layer, and have each selected layer follow along?
For instance, I have changed the timing on the movement of eyeballs (one layer). On another layer are eyelids, but I want them to stay with the eyeballs for which they correspond. (Does this make any sense?) I keep everything that moves on separate layers because it's easier to make changes.
Is the only options for synchronized movement of all images in several layers to merge them?

Recently sven posted a tvpx just for this purpose called, multilayer_Insert-Delete_Frame.tvpx which works like a charm. I conducted a search but couldn't find it. If you have no luck finding it either, e-mail me and I'll e-mail it to you.

Toonybrain, I want to kindly ask you to stop writing the subject titles of your posts in capitols.
In the forum world this is considered quite violent.
cheers.

To Malcooning and all the others, I want to apologize deeply and unreservedly for bringing violence, via capital letters in my subject title, to this kindly forum.
Although Malcoonings post gave me a hearty laugh, I do understand his and the forum world's perspective on this issue; I don't like to receive e-mails from people who type in all caps as I imagine they are shouting at me.
In my defense - although this may seem rather self-centered - I deliberately used caps because I WAS shouting for help. Picture me adrift in a vast ocean of the unknown - I need a life preserver NOW. How best to call attention to oneself? SHOUT! Do you see?
Again, I apologize to all and will refrain from violence in future postings.
