i'm using a jvc camera to capture an image with the "video in". When the software is asked to capture the system crashes... any suggestions???
I have tried the software on my tablet pc and the software behaves the same, crashing when asked to capture .
i'm using the most recent update of 9.5 pro
jvc digital camera
pyro a/v link with fire wire connection.
I'm using a pc the video driver is standard windows 7
I sometimes use digicel for capturing and that software works fine with the above rig while capturing .
