So I've borrowed a dongel from someone who owns a Mac for TVP9. However when I plug in the Dongel in my windows computer there's a startup window for "Wizard new hardware". Then I click on "automatically install" new hardware but then it says the hardware cannot be installed and the dongel doesnt work and TVpaint 9 cannot be started.

I don't know if this is a Windows/mac problem (I was under the impression dongels worked on both mac and pc) or something with my computer.

You need to install the Sentinel drivers for the dongle. The dongles cannot be recognized if the good drivers are not installed.

Ah thanks. I skipped that in the installation. Stupid.

Maybe you thought the drivers were not obligatory, since windows sometimes install itself the good drivers =)
