how do i change the rotation in only one frame?

i cannot seem to figure out how to change the rotation in only one frame at a time. the only way i can do it is by making a cut-brush and change the rotation of that, delete the original drawing on that frame, and stamp the new rotated drawing onto the frame - but it is a bit of a bothersome process. if i use the tool for position change, i can rotate, but it rotates all the frames on the current layer. how do i rotate only one frame? the only post i could find is this:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4316" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; but it seems to contain the opposite problem.
thanks!

The position/rotate tool only changes the frames you have selected - maybe you got confused because it shows your last operation on the new frame you enter. But the rotation/position change will only be permanent when you press return.

I thought the same too, try to rotate (+ enter) and change of tool (select a drawing tool f.i.),
you should get a rotation only on the current frame.

as a side note...
you can skip one step here by picking up your custombrush using the rightmouse button(front switch wacom) it will then cut instead of copy, leaving behind an empty space, and no need to delete.
