I loaded the update, tried to open it, this came up..




Nothing i could do but press OK.
Is it my end or TVP end?

I'm using macbook, OS X 10.6.4 and 9.5.16

That's strange, did you try to download it again ?

Maybe the download failed.

The first dl finished in 26.1 mb, so i guess that was not enough. Second time the site chrashed. Third time the download was going over 100 mb, and i though, "this can't be right". Then in the end i understood that the update was not small patches magically finding their way, it was the whole program all over again.
Now its working. And all the settings remain as they were. I was a bit worried they might not.

edit: So always when updating, I just drag the new thing over the old and im done?

And yes, when you update, you download the entire software =)

Then yes, install the new version at the same place than the last one (it won't delete your parameters). If you want to keep you parameters somewhere (in doubt), go into User => Library => TVP Animation 9 Pro => and copy paste somewhere the Default folder. =)
