set peg registration when you click on something else.

Many times I've put my 'off the pegs' light table registration where I like it, clicked on the tool preset I want to use and then attempted to draw over it (but instead I move the registration).
I feel that having the registration set when you click on another tool would be more intuitive (as well as having the option of the escape key).
