WIP The Race: Thalys vs Fyra

I'm working on an animation based on highspeed trains in Europe. It has to be made in 8 weeks, and I'm working pretty hard now. I actually use Mirage instead of TVPaint, which is the earlier animation software. It's just like TVPaint, but less complex, and since I just have 8 weeks, I didn't want to waste too much time with learning everything, I chose to use Mirage. So, this is a test which is already pretty old. The most things are already in color and different and such. This weekend, I'll upload the version it is now, but for now;

Enjoy!
(The Dailymotiontags didn't work)
Edit by Elodie : Yes it does, you just have to put the name of the video between the tags :

:) by the way, I'm new here. Is there some kind of "hi I am...."-topic?

Yep it is. Something like that. It will be spoken in Dutch though...

Not bad, but I think you should really more play with speedy and create quicker shots with dynamic angles. :D

Not really. But show your art with your first post is an excellent way to introduce yourself =)

So Welcome on the TVPaint Community, Kialna !

Thanks Elodie,

but I'm a beginner. To be honest, this is the first SERIOUS animation I've ever done. And I will keep going on, I already have plans for my next Animation, which will be known as the Banimation. ;) But for now, I'm working on this thing. The sounds are changed, the intro is changed, and the most of the scénes are in color now. March the 20th is the deadline for me to have it finished and burned onto a DVD. So, this girl has to work hard now. :)

but It'll turn out great once finished. :)
