Looking for Splatter Brush

Some time ago someone made a very nice brush that emulates the effect of using a toothbrush dipped in paint and rubbed over a small wire screen to create a burst of random splatters. Can someone be so kind and point me to this brush? I might even still have it but I don't even remember what name I'm looking for.
