"Drying" option with filled shapes

I would like to see a "drying" option for filled shapes. With other drawing tools, if "drying" is off, overlapping transparent strokes don't have a cumulative effect where the strokes overlap.
It would be useful to have a "drying" option providing the same lack of cumulative build-up or darkening when using multiple, transparent, overlapping filled shapes.

Edit: I discover now that Alpha Diff drawing mode almost gives me what I was hoping for here. Though there are other "drying" aspects that would still be helpful I think.
