I've made a toolbar with all the things I use a lot, and put everything into their own little section with separators.
Now I'd like to move them around to group them more logically. Is there some shortcut I can use to pick up a tool button and move it around?
I made custom icons so I don't have to use space on text labels so it's very hard to cut a button and paste it between two others because they sit so close.
Rearrange tools in palettes?

I would advise to give them text labels, because that way they will show up in the CTRL-K menu and you can make keyboard shortcuts for them,KenC wrote:I've made a toolbar with all the things I use a lot, and put everything into their own little section with separators.

and after you copy pasted them in the right order with 'show icon only' you can simply switch the display of the names off

Re: Rearrange tools in palettes?
oh duh yeah I could just turn icon names on and cut/paste them around so I have more room between the labels and turn names off again.
I just figured that maybe there was a shortcut, like in painter where you can hold down control+shift and move the icons around in the palettes.
