Unable to find layers.

Hello...
I am new to TVPaint Animationa and using V-8.5.4

I am having problem in locating my project layers. I mean, before closing the program, I saved the whole project..Next time, when I opened it, there was only one layer left...And all my other layers(3-4) were gone. I am wondering, what happened? i didn't do anything wrong, I believe. And now I need them back

Welcome to our abode

To be able to help you we need some more information. Maybe you can give more detail on your workflow before closing the project.
As well, maybe screen capture of TVP as it is n
Could it be a simple interface thing, in which maybe your timeline panel is not expanded enough to show you all your layers at once?
Or maybe you loaded a different file than the one you saved? (check your recent projects list in the file menu)

Hi Ana,
you can try to update (Help/Check for Update ...) to 8.6 .
I think a simple free update could solve your issue.

Well, I used to open one project at a time in TVPaint, there is no possibilty to save other project.. and I used to turn-off "save configuration" checkbox before closing.I have checked the whole time line, bookmarks are there but cannot find the layers:(

Ok, can anybody tell, What are these .temp files for? They consumes so much space, should I delete them?

Dear Ana,

The software does not have the bug in the 8.6 version.
You can not upgrade your 8.5.4 version because you are using a pirated or cracked software.

Please respect our work and buy a full license.

if you are still student, you can buy an educational licence, and get a full v.9 for 200€ or so.
... and the next upgrade for free !
