TVP will export any number of images as long as they're named correctly. Usually you have a sequence of TIFF or PNG or whatever files, named like "somename_001.png", "somename_002.png" and so on. TVP will import the sequence from the first file until it hits a gap or an end in the numbering.

A PSD file with several layers will be imported as one layer if you grab it via "import footage". It will be imported as several layers if you grab it via "open". After that you'll need to arrange the frames in time.

TVP 11.0 and 11.7 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3
