Does anyone how to make part of an image dissappear and blend in with the rest of the image. I have seen it demonstrated on one of the tutorials but computer won`t let me view the tutorials for some reason. I think it`s called finishing or phishing but am not sure.

Do you mean "blending two images" or "create a fade in between two images" ?

If you're just talking about blending mode, you'll find it here :http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/7365/b ... odeqr4.png (only on v9.0 Pro)

(sorry if I didn't understand >_<)

To me, it sounds like you want to fade the car out of the picture. You do this in KeyFramer, under the Render tab: Opacity. You start at 100%, decide how long the FO should be and on that frame you set it to 0%, highlight those frames and click on Apply FX stack at the bottom of the panel. If you want to make a really good looking Fade Out, turn on the Progress profile at the top, double click on the B&W rectangle and make a curve to go from fast to slow.

Paul, you are supposing the car is on a different layer, and the BG is present behind the car,
Maybe I'm wrong, but to me, it sounds differently : I think he's asking for a tool to remove an object from a picture,
somehing like a Smart Erase FX, or the "Smart Remove" tool as the one we can see there removing the war plane,
Delete any unwanted object from your photo, such as extra power-line, people, text…
The program will automatically inpaint the selected area to erase it.
anyway, he doesn't seem to be hurry for an answer ... :)

Ahh... I get it; you must be right...

Like the fellow who was demanding a tutorial on background moves in another thread. But I always think that the answer will be picked up eventually by some lurker who really wants to know the answer.

Sometimes, the Healing Tracker FX gives good results.
