Use the Alt, Crl or Shift keys, but you must first click on the keyframe key before pressing the keyboard key..

Hey paul

the alt key just moves the whole timeline not the single image.
Is it possible to set the short cut yourself?

Well, you can actually move a single key independently by just clicking on it and dragging, but you have to make sure it has turned to yellow.

I have tried everything, and it still moves the follwing key.
does the function have a name?
I´m use to Tvpaint 9, and it work like a charm, could there be a problem or a different shortcut in 8.5.10?
otherwise it´s the best program ever, thank you!

I don't understand because I even tested it on my Mirage and they all work the same. Sometimes it can be tricky because of the way it is so sensitive, but if you have several keys (plus signs) within a keyframer bar and you click on one of the pluses so that it turns yellow, you should be able to drag it left and right without having any of the others move. If you press Shift and highlight 2 or more keys you should be able to move those too left or right. Is this what you are doing?

what do you mean by Keys ? because 2 different meanings for this expression :
- animation Keys (or drawing keys), = main drawings (held X exposures) before inbetweening,
- or FX keys, the little "pluses" underlined the frames strip in the timeline panel when keying an FX in the FX stack ?

Just as puzzled as you.
I´m working on an animation layer, and by keys i mean images.
I am doing Storyboard and working with sound so if i want to change the timing earlier on the timeline i move all the following frames.
I press the little box at the bottom left corner of the Image, is this ( pluses ) course i never heard of this before?
so i click the box hold down Shift ( or Control ). i also tried with shift or Crtl before dragging, but it dosent work.
When i open my Configure shortcut box and press ctrl or shift, it dosent have a function, is this right, course i dont know if its a customizing option or its a program preset function?
Does this drag function have a name in the Configure shortcut box?
As you can hear i´m very confused.
I´ve tried highlighting more Images with shift or ctrl and moving it around, still on succes.
a puzzled user.

the little drag box is actually at the bottom right side of the image.
make sure that you press CTRL before clicking it, now you should be able to adjust the length of that image without affecting the following frames.

that's what I thought, I think everything is normal, as this feature
(Crtl and Drag the Instance's tail to modify its exposition without moving the following animation)
has been implemented since v9.x version, so that's why it doesn't work in tvpa v8.x and earlier.

The Ctrl button works only in this way only in TVP Animation 9.0, sorry.
