QT exporting error

This just started recently, but when I go to export my sequence I get an error message saying QT ERROR. I didnt change any of my settings, I have re-installed quicktime and still no dice. Any suggestions would be great!!

Please could you tell us what version of Quicktime are you using ? Is it 7.5 ?
What happen if you export with 1-Pass setting ?
