A strange thing just started happening:

As everyone knows, when TVP first opens, it also opens a new blank project. I then load my other projects and everything is fine until I go to close that blank project. I then get a Visual C++ Runtime Library Error and TVP 9 closes and I lose everything I haven't saved. I do not know why this just started happening. The other strange thing is that it only happens in one of my three different configurations I use so it is something about this configuration that is causing this.

So I decided just to create a fresh new configuration from scratch and so far I am back to normal. So I wonder if something got corrupted in that other configuration. All I know is that I will no longer use it!

There is probably a bug in the configuration (or room ?) you are using.
Please post a screenshot, it may help us to find what happened.

I went back into the bad configuration so I could grab a screen shot of the error message and now it no longer crashes. I wonder how making a clean configuration solved the problem in the old one. I was able to write down this info from when it was crashing earlier:

AppName: tvp animation 9 pro.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.1 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00200064

We use currently the 9.0.0.2 and the 9.0.0.3 will be available very soon with some bug fix.

I wonder if it might be possible to fix two hotkey list options in the 9.0.0.3 release?

Tool Brush:Decrease Size 2
Tool Brush:Increase Size 2

Instead of stepping the size of the cutbrush up or down by 2 these options now ROTATE the cutbrush left or right by 1 unit.

In fact you might keep the mini-rotate options too, by adding:

Tool Brush: Rotate Left 1
Tool Brush:Rotate Right 1

Yea, that is the strange thing; I never had 9.0.0.1 as I bought TVP9 after the 9.0.0.2 update came out. But for some reason, the error code says I have 9.0.0.1.

no matters, the 9.0.0.3 should be available very soon

So I now have the latest update but TVP is still crashing. I have narrowed down the behavior a bit: It only happens when I close out a project and then open the layers panel for another open project. I have attached a screen grab of the error dialogue box. This error is very troubling because I lose everything (in all open projects) that was not saved. Please help me.
