Can TVP pro work with 8K images or larger>

Hi All,

Just would like to have the ability to create matte paintings...that can travel & pan.

That is why I would like to see 8K images supported...or even 10K..(Don't know if that limit has been extended in TVP pro)

I had no problem at all to create a project of 10000px x 2000px in TVP and play around with it on my G5 PPC.

Yes I also had been able to do that with Mirage...but I was NOT able to create 6K by 6K or 10K x 4K, etc....

Can TVP pro work with 6K x 6K, 8K x 8K or 10K x 4K ?

I'm currently working on 5k x 4k and on 15k x 2k.
No problem here, although much RAM is recommended.
my system (tabletPC) runs Intel core 2 duo T7300 with 2gb RAM.

On the Mirage Forum...and I had been living in Switzerland during that time.
We had many a chat over the years. at least the user name I chatted with was slow tiger...and I always called you langsam tiger.
We talked with TVP and Bauhaus about the need to add German...and other languages...etc.. to Mirage...
I even did an article in Digital Production about Mirage at the time.

I was working for a production house in Switzerland as a production/visual FX supervisor...and at times in house engineer.
