Sentinel Nuisance

Post by slowtiger »

I just updated to 9.0.2 and had the very same trouble again with the Sentinel driver: after installing the driver I did a reboot, but TVP wouldn't start, it didn't recognize the dongle. After a second reboot it worked. I had the same trouble last time when I updated the driver to 1.0.0.3.

It's not a big problem, but normally one reboot should be enough.

Marcus, you don't have to install the driver with every update. Once is enough. The next time you install an update, uncheck the driver install slash.

Uhm, the Mac install lets me install everything individually anyway, but the new TVP version wasn't working with the old driver version. (They skipped versions from 1.0.0.3 to 7.0.3 anyway ...)
