Dongle not recognized

I installed the Sentinel driver and rebooted, it is present in the Mac "about" listings as "version 0, information 7.3.1", but TVP tells me, after start, that it doesn't find the dongle (which is plugged in) and will work as demo - but crashes instead. Mirage works as usually, finding the very same dongle without trouble.
(edit) It works now - after just more reboots! Maybe this should be included in the Readme file. I don't know how this could happen, since the installed driver showed up in the "about" information already.
