TVPaint Animation PRO here... how to turn on realtime clock display????

In the config.ini file there is a [Clock] section. very first line reads 'display=OFF' change to ON and save ini file. you now have realtime clock display when you start up TVP. how is this accomplished when using TVPaint??? Please advise.
