Please help installing full version

Hi
You finally send me the LockCode and UnlockCode for TVPaint Profesional for my Mac PPC. But now what?
Where do I download the full version? I downloaded the demo but there is no way to unlock it. I guess there must be another link to the full program right?
The link you provided me in the email goes to a TVPaint Upgrade page and when I fill everything up it goes to a page that says:
"There is no update file to TVPaint Animation Pro 8.5.10 on Mac PPC available."
Please tell me what do I need to do to have this up and running as soon as possible.

But I have a Mac PPC not a PC as you send me in the form and the same message pops up:
"There is no update file to TVPaint Animation Pro 8.6.0 on Mac PPC available."
What do I dooo??
If I download the PC Version as you told me I cannot unzip it. I guess you told me to download the PC one by mistake right??

I just downloaded what I thought would be 8.6.1, but the title bar says I still have 8.6.0. Is this normal?

Downloaded and Installed But
WHEN I OPEN IT FOR THE first time there is a Lock Code that I cannot change
As you said I was supposed to write the one you sent me but is not letting me type
How do I change the Lock Code??

When installing, you need to select 'Repair', else nothing gets installed. And make sure you have the very latest from the site... an earlier version released this morning didn't work correctly if you had a Dongle originally used with Mirage.

Strange... right now it says that there is no TVP 8.6.1 available. Sandra tried to activate the magic number 18 and there was nothing there either, so maybe TVP is fixing something again.
