private messaging

I don't seem to be able to send private messages.
The message seems to stay in my outbox without it actually sending.
I checked the faq and the adivise was to contact an administrator: so if
one would happen to be around, any ideas?

If the message stays in the "outbox", it has just not be received.

Once the person you want to contact will read it, the message will be in the "sent box".
