Hello everyone. I purchased TVPaint and received my CD and dongle in the mail a few days ago. However, I cannot install the program at all. I try to install from the CD by clicking on the .dmg file and Finder tells me the file is not a correct disk image. Is there any other way to get the file from you guys or can I license the demo version? I am running on a Mac with OS 10.5.2.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Patrice,

I am sorry, but I never received your email. I have checked my spam folder and it also wasn't in there. Can you send it to me again?

Thanks.

EDIT: My sincere apologies to you Patrice. I did actually receive your email, but I didn't recognize the name so I accidentally deleted it. I will be sending you an email with the information you requested.

Hello Patrice,

I have sent you an e-mail. But I figured it is better to post it here:

Today my copy of TVPaint arrived in the mail.
I am trying to install TVPaint Pro.

I first removed the demoversion and then installed TVPaint Pro from the CD.
I installed with the Typical and TVPaint installed.
I did not get the second screen for the Destination folder of the Temp file.
And i did not get the window to install the Dongle.

I am on a PC running Windows XP Home Edition.

Could you please help me?

Since the latest update, the Temp Panel (where you choose the destination folder of the Temp file) has been removed for a better compatibility with Windows Vista. The default destination folder (given by Windows) is use when you launch TVP Animation for the first time. You can, if you want modify it in the Preferences Panel ("Edit > Preferences" in the main menu).

Since the dongle drivers can be already installed when installing TVP Animation, the dongle installation does not start automatically. For PC, if you checked the Dongle Installation box (custom installation) or does a standard installation, the setup file will be copied in the installation directory of TVP Animation. If not, you will find it on the CD (Install > PC > Safenet).
