Hi~ Everyone...
Like lower part file-Freely there is a possibility of drawing a spline-,
It is possible from as many as TVPaint?
If it is possible, What is the method?
It uses George's Scripts and Isn't there a method which is possible?
Please tell me How to make it.
I will wait many replies.

well, afaik, we have a spline drawing tool in tvpaint, but not a b-spline as you show in your exemple,
it's a Béziers-Spline (with tangent and handles), but we can use it to clean-up a rough drawing,
see a quick exemple below, (the 2 first pass, blue then refined orange, are free-hand drawn,
the third pass, again in blue, is the clean-up in Beziers Spline, then turned in black.
I agree a b-spline drawing tool would be an appreciable add-on,
all the more as we already have b-spline in tvpa pro's rotospline_FX,
(to draw and animate vertor filled-shapes).

Thanks for your time and attention.
Where is a rotospline in TVPaint?
Is it possible to draw with rotospline?
Maybe, In TVPaint
Effects > Rendring > RotoTracking
Do you say that?
Please, give me a full explanation.

yes, RotoTracking,
but when I don't track anything, I use to call it RotoSpline,
we can use it to animate shape, with interpolation,
but (unfortunately) not open strokes, only closed shapes ,
like in this exemple :
