"Full" Full Screen

Dear TVPaint Development Squad,

I would like to be able to press a hot key and then see *no* evidence of the user interface--only my image. Press the hot key again to return to the standard UI. Blow out the Windows taskbar, too, please. And I want to be able to use all my other hotkeys to work in this way, switching layers and brushes and moving about the timeline, etc.

As far as I know, this is a surprisingly rare feature in art programs--the only example I'm aware of is ArtRage.

It can be looked at as an accessibility feature for those of us with attention problems. Anything superfluous on the screen is a potential distraction and inhibits complete immersion in the image.

I think this is the only way that TVPaint can be improved (without it slowly morphing into another type of program...).

Thanks for a wonderful program,
David

if you have checked Preferences/Interface/Windows No Border,
then F12 shortkey should toggle the interface panels visibility.

I undocked the main toolbar and closed that, but I still see the menu bar at the top...
Is there any way to get rid of that too?
One last interface element!

Thanks for the tip ZigOtto!
