hi,

am new in this forum, I just donwloaded TVPaint animation Pro Demo today to give it a try,
but I keep getting an error message saying

(33c: TVPaintAnimationProDemo.ex-Unable To Locate Component)!!
This application has failed to start because DPSDDR.dll was not found. Re_installing the aplication may fix this problem.

when I click OK button I get the message again that (DPSDDR.dll) is missing??
and when i click OK again it tells me that another .dll file is missing (bluevelvet3.dll)
and when I click OK one more time it says another .dll file is missing (nt_tools.dll)

three missind .dll files???
LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PIC.

But afterward the program seems to be working fine??

I unistalled and reinstalled the program like the error message suggested yet no hope?

am using WinXp sp2.
2.2gb PROCESSOR
2gb memory.
1280x1024 screen res.
512mb graphic card.
500gb free space HD.

==================================================================

I should post my second question here instead of creating new post

I have question a but the standard and Pro version, which should I get?
and whats the differnces between the tow versions?

you have selected all the plug-ins during the installation of TVPAP. That is the reason why the program search for some dll files.
uninstall the program and reinstall it without the non-needed plug-in. it should start without error messages.

You can find a comparaison here:

Hi walad_men_noor,
This error appears because you have install some plugins without having the software needed installed.
By example, "DPSDDR.dll" is a dll of the Canon software you need to install on your computer to use it.
These composants are only needed to be able to use the plug-ins. That's why TVP Animation Professional Edition (TVPAP) works fine even with these messages.

So you need to:
- uninstall TVPAP,
- reinstall it using the default installation.
OR
- reinstall it using the custom installation and verifying no plugins are selected.
After that no message should appear.

For you second question, you can find the complete feature list of the TVPaint Technology 8.5 here and a products comparison here.
