is there any way to easily make 'ctrl + shift + z' a viable hotkey option? as a photoshop user, i use 'ctrl + shift + z' as redo, and would like to set tvpaint the same.
tks..

Hi Micoft,

thanks to join the TVPaint community !

You can re assign all the keys shortcuts of the software like 'ctrl + shift + z'. To do so :
- Go in the Edit main menu
- Select Preferences (a new panel should appear)
- Select Configure Keyboard in the General tab
- Assign the redo fonction to the key 'ctrl + shift + z' and then click "ok".

see below :

hmmm ... except that Ctrl + Shift + Z (or any other letter)
doesn't exist in the left side list (assignable keys),
and I suppose that's what he was asking for.

tks for the quick reply fabrice :) but i just double and triple checked again, to see if 'ctrl + shift + z' was in the configure keyboard shortcuts list.. and zigotto is correct, 'ctrl + shift + z' is not in the list. is there any way to make 'ctrl + shift + z' an assignable key? also, for other users that might want to make an assignable key that's not on the list.. how does one go about doing so? thanks in advance (^_^)

You are right ! those shortcuts are not in the list
I wonder if Hervé can make something for you ... Why not adding those shortcut keys in a next version of TVPaint ?

if it becomes an option in the near future that'll be great :)

playing around in the 'configure keyboard shortcuts' panel some more.. i'm not too sure where i report bugs, but currently 'tools brush: increase size 2' and 'tools brush: decrease size 2' affects power not size.
also it would be nice to have 'alt', 'alt + ctrl', 'alt + space' and whatever other users might want in the left column list :) tks.
