I have downloaded the demo TVP PRO. I have been using it for a day or two. Now, I can't open it up. It sends an error to somewhere. What am I to do? It says the, "TVPaintAnimationProDemo.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. They are sending this to Microsoft. The only problem is that the program hasn't opened yet. So, how can it close? Can anyone help me?

Thanks for coming to my rescue. I un-installed and reinstalled TVP PRO. It didn't help. I shut down my computer and restarted it. It didn't help. I am running windows XP. It worked the first couple of times that I used it. Now, I can't even get it to open at all. It goes straight to the error report. I don't get to the fist part of it opening. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

In order to be able to detect the problem we need more information about it.
You can find all the information we need here :
- Go in the Settings panel of your system (by default in the start menu)
- Select the performance and maintenance option
- Then select the administration tool
- Double click on the events viewer icon
- Select the apps menu in the left and you will see all the problem of the apps.
- sort them by type and see the errors.
- Write us what it is indicating for TVP Animation.
Feel free to contact me by mail if you have some problem with this processus
