Hi, I have 4 network dongles containing 5 licenses each for TVpaint Animation. I installed the software on 15 Apple G5 computers running OSX. I connected the dongles to a server which all computers can conmnect.
But after install TVpaint just gives me the message "TV Paint dongle is not present on USB Port.
How do I get the sentinel driver or TVpaint to look for the dongles on the network?

Hi elrod,
on the server with the dongles, you need to install the "Sentinel Protection Installer".
You need this only on the server.
On the clients you only need "Sentinel System Driver".
Both sould be on your CD, but just in case, here they are...

That should clear things up, there was no Sentinel Protection Installer on the disk. Will try now.
Succes, All computers ask for an unlock code now.
Many Thanx!!

Most often a dongle is required to run TVP Animation (Pro).
The drivers abose are used to make your system recognize the dongle and/or find it on a network (if you have a network license)
If you use TVP Animation (Pro) on your own computer, you only need to install the first sentinel driver.
If you use TVP Animation (Pro) on several computers of a network, you will need to install the first driver above on each computer and after this, you'll have to install the second driver directly on the server.
Once those installations are finished, the software will ask for an Unlock-Code, depending on your dongle.
