Can no longer get Unlock Code for TVP 10

Been making the transition to a new pc but found that I can no longer get the unlock code from the site.

Hello Kgbla, I found your TVPaint user account and had the automatic email containing your unlock code sent again

Please check your Spam folder if you didn't receive anything.
