In the latest update of version 12 ( 12.0.4) there was a thing with the wacom pen that was not in the version before.
When I want to select a tool that I have in a custom panel and I hoover over the toolbutton it takes about a second before the button respond and I can click.
There was some kind of change with wacom in teh latest version so something maybe did do this then.
